Hi, I'm Laura - a registered nurse, a blogger, a fitness enthusiast, a foodie, and an auntie of two. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, graduated with my B.S.N. from Samuel Merritt University. I am so in love with the Bay and California; however, I needed a change. So this summer, I am packing up my things, grabbing my boyfriend, and heading east to North Carolina (June 2014).
